Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow us 2-3 days to process your order. You will receive an email within 2-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP:
Orders can be picked up daily, from 9 to 5. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within logical distance of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed during store hours will be handled to be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next 1-2 days according to the order list when we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within a day or two, during working hours, using whatever shipping company is needed. Post's delivery standard is 2 to 7 working days (weekends are NOT included). Sometimes a flat rate shipping fee presentence applies to orders shipping to locations outside the local region.
OPTIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently can't ship outside of the USA STATES & CANADA. Probably in the future we will. If you are in need of a product, though, and you are living in a country other than the USA & CANADA, and you can't purchase a product you want, you can contact us via email (info@gfshop.com), and we will try our best to assist you.
